This 2001 GMC Sierra 2500HD SLE Crew Cab Short Box Pickup is a
really nice, really clean, and very original truck that the last
owner cared for and maintained for the last 15 years. This is a
well kept and rust free truck that spent its life in Arizona. The
body on this truck is clean and straight. The Light Pewter Metallic
paint appears to be all original and still looks great!! All of th
chrome and moldings are also really nice on this truck. The bed was
Line-Xed when new and it has a matching topper as well. The
underside is really clean on this truck and we found no rust
issues.
The interior is original and very clean and very nice. The
headlights, taillights, brakelights, and turn signals are all
working. The gauges all work. This truck has tilt wheel and working
cruise control. It has working power windows and power locks. It
has working power mirrors. The horn and windshield wipers work. The
heat and AC are also working on this truck.
Mechanically this truck is excellent and it runs and drives
wonderful. The engine is the original 6.0L Vortec V8 that runs
strong and smooth with no issues or red flags that we found. It has
a cold air intake, newer alternator, new water pump and new idler
pulley and belt. The transmission is 4L80E Automatic Transmission
that shifts nice and it is mated to the np246 transfer case. The
4WD works like it should. The rear axle is the 10.5 AAM with 4.10
gears with a factory limited slip. It has the IFS front with 4.10
gears. This is all sitting on a nice set of factory HD Aluminum
rims with newer BFG All Terrain tires. These trucks have become a
very popular replacement for the newer trucks thaey are selling for
crazy prices.
