1933 Plymouth 5-Window Coupe Street Rod in Black paint. This one
was built in the mid-2000's. Under that vented steel hood is a 392
V8 (bored 0.30 over) that outputs 345 hp that came out of a 1958
Chrysler New Yorker. Equipped with power windows. That engine is
paired with a 727 Automatic transmission with manual valve body.
Desoto headlights have been installed up front. Chrome and
brightwork looking nice throughout. Riding on Boyd Coddington
polished wheels with new front tires as of this writing. Black
paint showing well front to back on this build. Previous owner
additions include: Speedway engineering supermax quick change rear
axle (with extra set of gears included with purchase), custom built
frame that has been powder-coated, superbell front axle, and
Hilborn fuel injection. Custom two-tone cloth/leather blend in
black and red that carries through to the doors cards and custom
console. Modern gauges installed in the dash nicely with
aftermarket stereo install just below that. Custom stereo
installed! There are knobs on the dash - from left to right they
control: headlights, wipers, fan, and heat level. Large tachometer
with shift light also under the dash. Speakers have been added to
the kick panels on both sides. Stereo works!
Extra parts included with purchase include: car cover, headlight
covers, misc gaskets, air filters, handles, ignition components,
and MSD starter.
Recent service done to this as of this writing: fresh oil change
and filter (Valvoline VR1 20W50), fresh antifreeze, packed front
wheel bearings, new air stack screens, new wiper blade, rear fuel
filter cleaned, new plug wires and separators.
