Description:
This 1976 Alfa Romeo GT 1600 Junior was modified in the mid-2010s
with fiberglass fender flares, a roll bar, and aftermarket 13?
wheels. The car is finished in red over a black interior and is
powered by a 2.0-liter twin-cam inline-four linked with a
five-speed manual transmission. Equipment includes power-assisted
disc brakes, low-back OMP front bucket seats, OMP harnesses, a
Sparco steering wheel, a tubular exhaust header, and a Flowmaster
muffler.
Interior:
The cabin features low-back OMP front bucket seats upholstered in
black vinyl and equipped with OMP multi-point harnesses attached to
a roll bar. The rear seats have been removed, and checker-plate
aluminum heel pads have been added to the floors. The
microsuede-wrapped Sparco steering wheel frames instrumentation
including a tachometer with an inset oil pressure gauge accompanied
by a 220-km/h speedometer and gauges for fuel level and coolant
temperature. The five-digit odometer shows 62k kilometers (~39k
miles), and total mileage is unknown.
Exterior:
The car was fitted with riveted fiberglass fender flares and
repainted its current shade of red in the mid-2010s. The bumpers
have been removed, and additional equipment includes white
roundels, dual side mirrors, and front and rear tow hooks.
Drivetrain:
The 2.0-liter twin-cam inline-four is equipped with dual Weber
carburetors with velocity stacks and a tubular exhaust header that
feeds a custom exhaust system with a Flowmaster muffler. Power is
routed to the rear wheels through a five-speed manual transmission
and a limited-slip differential. Aftermarket 13? wheels are mounted
with 225/45 Toyo Proxes tires. Stopping power is provided by disc
brakes at all four corners. Gas-A-Just rear shocks and aftermarket
springs have been installed.
