Vehicle Description
Born to conquer the track, this 1965 Shelby Cobra Factory Five
Supercharged 427 is a force to be reckoned with. Drenched in a
mesmerizing blue metallic paint with white stripes slicing through
the air, this Cobra's aggressive stance clearly indicates its
racing pedigree. The 17" Torque Thrust style wheels, wrapped in
275/40ZR17 front and 335/35ZR17 rear Michelin Pilot Sport tires,
provide an uncompromising grip on the asphalt. The full-length
chrome rollover bar adds an extra style while highlighting the
car's track-ready capabilities.
Inside, the black interior is a perfect blend of simplicity and
functionality. The bucket seats and door panels, crafted by Steve
Holcomb, hold you snugly as you tackle every curve. The carbon
fiber dash, adorned with Sport Comp gauges and a convenient
switchboard, keeps you in control of this beast. The Fast Five EFI
monitor, nestled in the woven-patterned center console, allows you
to watch the car's vital stats.
At the heart of this Cobra lies a supercharged 427ci aluminum V8, a
powerhouse eager to unleash its fury on the track. Mated to a G
Force T-56 6-speed transmission and equipped with a Pro Billet
clutch, JE pistons, a roller cam, and a 3.27 Richmond gear, this
setup is engineered for raw performance. The Procharger
supercharger, paired with an oil cooler and a Griffin aluminum
radiator with an electric fan, ensures optimal performance even
under the most demanding conditions. The independent front
suspension and adjustable coils/trailing arms in the rear, coupled
with slotted/drilled 4-wheel Wilwood disc brakes and manual
steering, provide precise control and stopping power.
