This car was a meticulous frame off restoration that took many years to complete. It started life as a 1936 Pontiac 4 door Master Deluxe Six Silver Streak Sedan. The drivetrain was a brand new crate engine Chevrolet 350cid with 350 hp with a ram jet fuel injection system mated to a crate 4L80 purchased directly from our local Chevy dealer. We added power steering, four wheel power disc brakes, vintage air system, complete Mustang II style front end and a rebuilt 1973 Firebird rear end with 3.75 gears. We had the entire interior reupholstered, added all new gauges, clock, tilt steering column, all new glass and even retained the rear vent windows along with all new rubber/seals. Most of the chrome is original and was rechromed along with a lot of detail to the original grill. Underneath has all new suspension, fuel tank, fuel system, all very neat and detailed.
This car has only traveled 910 miles since the restoration was completed 10 years ago, primarily parades, shows and bringing the grand kids for rides. I find myself using it less and less each and I figured it was time to let someone else enjoy this incredible car. I have a good friend listing this for me and I will answer any questions that you may have.
