Description:
This 1947 Ford Super Deluxe Tudor sedan was refurbished under
previous ownership and is finished in red over two-tone beige
upholstery. Power is provided by a 239ci flathead V8 linked with a
three-speed manual transmission and a two-speed Columbia rear
differential, and equipment includes a 12-volt electrical system, a
dual exhaust system, chrome trim, a spotlight, fender skirts, 15"
steel wheels with hubcaps, bench seating, a floor console, a cabin
heater, and an aftermarket CD stereo system.
Interior:
The refurbished cabin features custom beige two-tone upholstery
covering the front and rear bench seats, door panels, floor
console, and headliner. Interior amenities include an aftermarket
turn-signal switch, lap belts, vent windows, an aftermarket cabin
heater, chrome dashboard trim, and a Sony CD stereo powering
Kenwood speakers.
Exterior:
The car was previously refinished in red and features include a
left-side spotlight, dual side mirrors, right-side curb feelers,
dual exhaust outlets, rear fender stone guards, fender skirts, and
a chrome grille, bumpers, and trim. The body-color 15" steel wheels
feature hubcaps with trim rings and are mounted with Toyo Extensa
whitewall tires measuring 215/75. The car was factory equipped with
front and rear transverse leaf springs, and modern-style shock
absorbers have been fitted at all four corners. Stopping power is
provided by hydraulic front and rear drums.
Drivetrain:
The 239ci flathead V8 was factory rated at 100 horsepower.
Modifications include a Mallory electronic ignition system,
upgraded fuel system components, and a 12-volt electrical system
conversion. An oil change was performed in preparation for the
sale. Power is routed to the rear wheels through a column-shifted
three-speed manual transmission and a two-speed Columbia rear
differential. A custom dual exhaust system has been fitted.
