Vehicle Description
Out of only 4,670 Allantes built for production in 1993 which is
the final year, only 149 Montana Blue cars were constructed between
the US and Pininfarina in Italy. The cost of these cars were so
astronomical for the time because these bodies by Pininfarina were
sent by airplane to the US for final assembly known as air bridge
production or otherwise known as the worlds longest assembly line!.
The cost in 1993 was $60,000 which translates to $130,000 in todays
money. The final year cars were fitted with the desirable 32 Valve
Northstar that was not only reliable but was powerful as well.
There were only a few options like hardtop and digital instrument
cluster which this car does not have. It has had nice ownership and
storage and has some body swirls and stone chips but other than
that is in good condition, as is the convertible top and like new
interior. The underside is also clean with a nice start up and
idle, good power, shifting and braking. The radio and all lights
and gauges are also in working order. The Allante was quite ahead
of its time and even today garners a ton of looks. Please let us
know if you have any questions on this low mileage, rare color
combo Allante. The car comes with original owners manuals, Allante
information and service history.
