This 1932 Ford Model B custom pickup is a fabulous example, featuring a compete and unmodified steel body and deep, shiny Black lacquer paint finish. Select exterior updates include the OEM Ford-scripted headlights, signal lights within the cowl lamps, a Ford “Greyhound” radiator mascot, dual side mirrors, a third brake light, and twin rear brake/signal lights. Power is delivered by a later-model Covette 350 CI small-block V-8 engine, equipped with a Holley 4-barrel carburetor, Edelbrock high-rise aluminum intake manifold, GM performance distributor, and headers feeding a full-length dual exhaust system. A floor-shifted 3-speed automatic transmission delivers the power. Featuring a great stance, the Ford’s chassis includes a dropped tubular axle, transverse leaf spring, and hydraulic shocks up front and longitudinal leaf springs and hydraulic shocks locating the 9-inch Ford rear end. Brakes are front disc, rear drum with power assist and a modern dual-circuit master cylinder. Other updates include a 12-volt alternator and twin electric cooling fans.
