Description

Flashy muscle cars are fun and polished customs are nice, but there's really nothing cooler than a well-done truck. No gimmicks, no frills and no posturing: just power and presence - LOTS of presence. This exceptionally clean C10 is a traditional stunner that mixes 350 cubic inches of Chevrolet V8 with glowing aesthetics, a proven driveline and a detailed, ground-up restoration that was directly inspired by builder Stacey David's Copperhead custom. And if you're looking for a cool classic that's both road ready and show-ready, it's the perfect way to cruise the scene and turn some heads!

POLISHED COPPER PEARL

Sorted, solid and ready to roll, this sweet Action Line C10 is the beneficiary of a well-planned restoration that presents very well. As you can probably tell, that ground-up reboot makes excellent use of pearled Copper two-stage. And that silky pigment lays smooth and glossy over an array of tasteful custom touches. At the front of the truck, a polished bumper frames a stainless-trimmed valance that's been shaved of everything but factory lighting. Above that clip, a familiar Cowl Induction Hood fronts billet-capped wipers, which front a tinted greenhouse that's finished with one-piece side glass. That dome, enhanced by shaved drip rails, caps a timeless profile that's shaved of everything but polished handles and billet mirrors. At the back of that profile, varnished and stainless-trimmed wood looks good amid filled stake pockets. And at the back of that wood, a second polished bumper frames a massaged tailgate and trim-free taillights.

POLISHED CHEVY POWER

Activate the truck's painted hood supports and you'll find 350 cubic inches of all-American small block! At the top of that Copper mill, a billet air cleaner funnels breeze through a coated Holley carburetor, which is threaded to a series of bright fluid lines. That carb, juiced by a coated pump, feeds a polished Edelbrock Performer EPS intake, which reflects billet breathers and billet valve covers. At the back of that intake, a hot Accel HEI distributor swirls spark through loomed Accel Ferro-Spiral Race Wires. Beneath those wires, spent gases roll through coated headers. A billet accessory drive spins a polished water pump between a polished alternator, a polished AC compressor and modern power steering. An aluminum radiator floats dressed hoses around big electric puller fans. And the color-keyed engine bay plants smoothed fenders and a smoothed firewall around niceties like bright dipsticks, chromed brake components and a polished battery box.

RESTORED TO BE BETTER

Bottom-side, a restored factory frame rides a restored factory suspension that looks much nicer than anything that left the assembly line. The 350's power flows through a dressed Turbo-Hydramatic 400 3-speed, which leads a trusty 12-bolt axle. Turns come courtesy of fluid power steering. Stops come courtesy of power-assisted discs and drums. The aforementioned headers funnel spent gases through throaty Flowmaster mufflers and polished stainless tips. And everything rolls on polished American Racing Torq Thrust IIs, which spin 255/60R17 Toyo Proxes in front of 285/60R17 Toyo Proxes.

CUSTOM IS BETTER

Between the doors, a tasteful custom interior gives this resto-mod striking tone and texture. Snake-branded buckets, cribbed from a 1990s-era General Motors offering, get paired with a custom-fabricated console that's capped by a short Lokar shifter. In front of those Ultraleather thrones, a billet-trimmed dash hangs clean telemetry beside Vintage Air conditioning and modern, direct-fit audio. Custom Black and Copper White door panels anchor billet handles behind power-operated windows. And the driver spins an attractive, bowtie-branded steering wheel around snazzy pedals and a polished, tilting column.

When it comes to performance, durability and sheer Americana, nothing beats an old school GM workhorse. Thanks to a high-quality restoration, this sweet C10 wraps a hot drivetrain in a capable chassis and crisp aesthetics. Ready to stand out from the crowd?
