Check out this beautiful 1967 Volkswagen Beetle! The 1967 Beetle is
a very desirable model in its 79 year, ongoing production run and
the last year of the rounded bumpers, full metal dashboard and the
first year with a 12-volt electrical system!
This 1967 Beetle was delivered new to Gilbert & Seibel Volkswagen
in Vancouver Washington, and spent time in Oregon, Arizona, and
Florida before being brought to Michigan earlier this year!
This bug benefits from a body up restoration and was refinished in
the original Zenith Blue over a Black interior. Power comes from an
air-cooled 1,600cc engine making 60hp paired with a 4-speed manual
transaxle! To complete the look of this Beetle is the iconic
2-piece chrome bumpers, dual exhaust, and 15in Alloy wheels!
The inside of this Beetle is absolutely beautiful as well! Inside
you'll find a restored black interior with bucket seating. On the
dash are the stock gauges in brilliant condition, stock 2-spoke
steering wheel, Custom Auto-Sound radio, Heater controls, stock
shifter, and handbrake! Under the rear hatch you will find a very
well detailed engine compartment, with a freshly serviced 1.6L
fitted with the correct hoses, clamps, covers, cleaners, and more!
The underside of this VW boasts a clean, rust free, and under
coated floor pan, EMPI Dual Exhaust, and a dry
engine/transmission!
This bug would certainly make an excellent addition to any garage
or collection. This has been a strong running and reliable Beetle
in our time as caretakers and was recently serviced prior to being
offered for sale! Included with the car are original owner manuals,
maintenance logs, and 2 sets of original VW keys!
