this beautiful 2000 Porsche 911 Cabriolet. From 1998 through 2004
the internal designation for the famed 911 was the 996. This is the
first time in Porsche history that the 911 would break away from
the air / oil cooled setup. It also had an entirely new chassis
design, more aerodynamic body design and interior layout.
The car offered here is presented in rare and desirable, Vesuvius
Metallic exterior paint over grey leather interior with black
convertible top. The car is powered by its 3.6 liter H6 engine, 6
speed manual transmission and rear wheel drive. Notable options
include: Leather interior, 8 way power front seats, Xenon
headlamps, stainless steel door seals, Alu-look gauges, aluminum
accents, stainless steel exhaust tips, etc.
Today at a little over 90k miles, it is very apparent that this 911
has been well cared for and maintained since it was purchased from
Park Place Porsche on March 24, 2000. It is important to note that
the IMS Bearing replacement service was performed on this 911 in
October of 2018 and mileage 61.041 by noted specialist, Christopher
Radbill Automotive Repair. Other notable services include: Water
pump, thermostat, timley oil services, O2 sensors, A/C service,
upgraded factory Porsche Radio head unit, 4 Michelin Pilot Sports
(Oct 2022, approx 7k miles).
Cosmetically, this 911 remains very clean in all areas. The
original paint remains deep and glossy, free from any major
defects. Of course there are a few minor chips and flaws consistent
with use. The interior is extremely tidy and the leather remains
