This Factory Five Racing Mk3 Roadster is a Shelby Cobra replica
that was assembled under previous ownership and was reportedly used
in Club Racing events with the National Auto Sport Association
(NASA) where it won the Factory Five Racing Challenge Series
championship in 2011 and was subsequently converted for street use.
Work included replacing the fuel cell, removing the fire
suppression system, and adding a full windshield.
A fuel-injected 5.0-liter Ford V8 sends power to the rear wheels
through a Tremec T5 five-speed manual transmission and has been
fitted with a Trick Flow Stage 1 roller camshaft, cylinder heads,
and upper intake manifold plenum. The fiberglass body is finished
in red with white center stripes, and additional features include
17" Haibrand-style wheels, a roll cage, and a three-link 8.8 rear
axle with 3.27:1 gears in addition to aluminum Kirkey racing seats,
OMP harnesses, AutoMeter instrumentation, Talbot Berlin-style
mirrors, and a Le Mans-style fuel filler. Vehicle has a Michigan
