Every once in a while a car comes along with an special story and the story goes this is what makes this car one of a kind. From the words of the previous owner we have an ad written when he sold the car!!
That This 1955 Chevrolet Bel Air Hardtop was Sold new at his Dealership in 1955 , wow o wow how could it be ?? It turns out in 2000 it was traded back in by the original owners…
The best part is the same salesman who sold the car took it back in 45 years later, and sold the customers a brand new 2000 Impala. He was in his 30’s working at the Dealership and was in his late 70’s when he saw it again. Back in “ the salesman Father and Brother owned the Dealership. The husband and wife who bought the car took it on their honeymoon and kept it for 45 years, fast forward to 2000 the Dealership went through many changes but Bill stayed on, the car had made its way to Salt Lake City a trip was planned to bring the car back and the vision to restore began.
It appears in the docs provided it was more of mechanical restoration at that time , and we have most all the receipts from its most current restoration and upkeep which includes everything that has brought this car to its magnificent state today.
