1969 CHEVROLET CHEVELLE SS 396 GROUND UP RESTORED, AWESOME COLOR
COMBINATION, PS, PDB This gorgeous Southern car is very sharp
looking in Garnet Red with black SS stripes down its sides. It's
straight from every angle. The fit and finish is great on this car.
The doors shut like a new car, all the windows roll up and down
with ease! No rust issues under it. The door jambs are painted very
nicely. Weather stripping is in good shape. All the trim is in good
condition. The front and rear bumpers are in excellent condition
and very shiny. The emblems, wheel well moldings, and tail lights
are in great shape. It sits on a set of 14 x 7 SS wheels with
225/70/14 BFG T/A radials. The engine compartment is nicely
detailed with a period correct 396 cu. in. engine bearing casting #
3969854. It has a few performance upgrades: aftermarket aluminum
intake manifold and a dual feed Holley carburetor with correct dual
feed fuel line, HEI ignition for reliability. It features factory
style tower clamps, factory spring type battery cables, Delco
battery topper for that original look, power steering pump with new
lines, correct proportioning valve, factory style chrome valve
covers, new 4-core factory style radiator and fan shroud with
correct clutch fan. The parchment white bucket seat interior is in
great shape with new foam and upholstery. The door panels,
armrests, carpet, kick panels, sill plates and headliner have been
replaced. It has a set of aftermarket SS 396 floor mats. The four
speed console is in great shape with a Hurst shifter sticking out
of it with the correct chrome shift knob. Dash panel looks nice,
gauges are crystal clear, the knobs and vents look nice. There are
no cracks in the dash pad. factory tach and gauges all function as
they should. The heater control panel looks really nice and all the
levers move freely. It sports a factory AM/FM radio, factory front
and rear seat belts. The undercarriage appears to have its original
floor pans with no signs of rust issues or patches. It has a black
satin finish. The front components look clean. It has newer shocks
and a nice 2.5" FlowMaster dual exhaust that runs all the way out
the back with factory style cowbell tips. The Muncie 4-speed has
been serviced and shifts awesome. The bottom of the engine is clean
and Chevy orange. In the back it has a 3:73,12 bolt rear end with
Moser axles, new gas tank, sending unit and straps, The E-brake
cables are hooked up and working. The trunk is nicely detailed with
a black and aqua splatter paint finish, new trunk weather
stripping, trunk mat, spare tire and jack assembly. The colors on
this Chevelle are to die for! Don't miss out! There won't be
