According to the Porsche Warranty & Maintenance booklet, Sun West
Porsche Inc. in St. Petersburg, Florida, sold this 964 to the first
owner, Charles Howard, from Osprey, Florida, on December 15, 1989,
with 21 miles on the odometer. On November 5, 1990, the 964 was
sold to Michael Fagan, the second owner from Spring Hill Florida.
On January 16, 1991, the third and long-term owner from Osprey,
Florida purchased this 964 with 2,883 miles from Ed Howard
Motorcars, Inc Porsche | Audi in Sarasota, Florida. We have service
history of all maintains from 1991 to 2024.

The undercarriage is all original and is solid and rust-free.
Under the past ownership, this 964 has always been meticulously
maintained with an extensive file of service history dating back
over three decades, a testament to the routine maintenance carried
out by various Porsche dealers and independent Porsche service
shops in Manatee County, Florida. On March 28, 2006, at 71,634
miles, an engine overhaul was performed by Lowe's Automotive Inc.
in Osprey, Florida, and $22,476 was spent. The overhaul included
replacing the head studs, timing chain tensioners, upgraded
cylinder head valves and guides, fuel injectors, ignition wire set,
fan hub bearing, flywheel sensor, and head temp sensor.
On April 19, 2021, at 79,270 miles, CRS Motor Sport in Bradenton,
Florida, performed a 75,000-mile major service, which included a
new battery, cleaning the fuel system, changing the engine oil and
filter, valve adjustment, replacing valve cover gaskets, fuel
filter, wiper blades, clutch slave cylinder, front brake pads and
sensors, drive belts and A/C compressor belt, $6,047 was spent.
Most recently, Vision Motorsports in Laguna Hills, California,
performed a full service. New tires were also installed, and the
electric sunroof was repaired.
Mechanically, powered by an air-cooled 3.6L M64 flat-six engine
with 247hp and 228 lb-ft torque paired to a manual 5-speed
transmission with four-wheel disc braking system. Complete with
Owner's Manual, Warranty & Maintenance booklet, Porsche Roadside
Assistance booklet, Alpine radio manual, tool kit, jack, front bra
cover, spare wheel, tire compressor kit, and over 30 years of
service history. A remarkable Porsche 964 C4 that has been
