It is just finished after a few years of restoring and updating the cool buggy.
-I was just contacted by a previous owner of the Dune Buggy. He told me the engine was originally built for drag racing and it is putting out over 200HP.
It had 80 miles on it when he sold the Dune Buggy. It now has less that 100 additional miles on it.
1973 Brazil 2400cc motor with rebuilt dual weber 44 carbs
The engine was freshly tuned by Competition Engineering in Phoenix, Arizona.
Newly rebuilt 4 speed trans with a Kennedy Stage 2 clutch.
New 4 wheel disc brakes
New front engine mount,
