Complete restoration 4 years ago with less than 50 miles since finished. Only 110 Octane racing fuel has been put in the fuel tank.
Painted Fawn beige that is correct factory color and is beautiful and slick. The front and rear bumpers have been replated, new antenna, new grill, trunk emblem is new. The license plate center has been replated, new door handles, side view mirror and emblems are new. The door locks and trunk, gas cap, tail lights and lens are all new. The convertible deck lid lock is new. The stainless on the deck lid is new. Window trim, windshield, fender top moldings are all new. The fender grill inserts are like new. Rocker panel moldings are new. The front grill trim has been replated. Front license plate assembly is new. Headlight rings painted. This car is stunning and a real class act.
New Red interior, door panels, kick panels, carpet, dash pad, pull bar, dash insert assembly is new. The arm rest and bases, carpeted floor mats, Sunvisor’s, console shift plate, pedals clutch, brake, gas, rearview mirror all new. New speaker cover, new door sill plates, original door knobs, Shifter knob new. The factory radio is redone, factory clock has been redone, Gauge cluster is original. Speedometer-Tach-Oil-Temp-Fuel-battery all like new. Steering wheel like new. All the glass and rubber are new. Absolutely beautiful.
Powered by a 327 engine with fuel injection, completely rebuilt 4-speed transmission, chrome ignition shield, stock exhaust manifolds, Harrison aluminum radiator, all GM hoses and correct clamps, lower ignition shield. New dual exhaust. All new bushings, new shocks, new rear axle rebound straps, new rebuilt rearend. New brakes, Chassis has been redone, all new rubber.
This car was bought from a friend of the owner 30 plus years ago. When the car was picked up it was in boxes where his friend had intended to restore it and never did. He was going to restore it to be a decent driver but discovered that it was a factory fuelly, and he decided to do a frame off restoration on it. He spent several years searching for the correct parts with all the correct numbers. As far as he knows all numbers on the car match the factory build. This is one beautiful Corvette.
