1967 PONTIAC GTO POWER STEERING, POWER BRAKES, PHS DOCUMENTED This
1967 Pontiac GTO, California built, is wearing a factory color,
Tyrol Blue and has complimentary black vinyl top. The paint has a
nice smooth glossy clear coat finish. It has a nice fit and finish
and is straight down both sides. All of the chrome and trim are
really nice. In the front; the headlight bezels, front bumper and
grill are nice, shiny and in great shape. All brightwork has been
replaced or polished. The glass is in good condition, all the
windows go up and down with ease. In the back; the trim, rear
bumper, moldings and taillights are nice. It sits on a set of
American Racing Torq Thrust wheels wrapped in a set of Cooper Cobra
radial raised white letter tires. The interior is in great shape,
the seat upholstery and seat foam have been replaced. In between
the bucket seats is a factory center console with a factory Hurst
dual gate shifter with a black shift knob coming out of it. The
door panels, armrest bases, pads, door handles, carpet, headliner
and rear package tray have all been replaced. The dash has the
optional Rally gauges and a factory tach which work. Other features
include an aftermarket AM/FM stereo. It has a nice dash pad, front
and rear seatbelts and nicely painted door jambs with nice sill
plates. The engine compartment is nicely detailed with its
period-correct 400 ci/335 hp motor casting number 9790071.The
engine has been completely rebuilt. It has chrome valve covers,
4-core radiator and fan shroud. Other features include power
steering and power front disc brakes. The core support, firewall
and under the hood are painted and have a nice black finish. Great
for car shows and cruise-ins! The undercarriage has very solid
original floors that are painted in a satin black finish. The front
suspension and steering components look good. The bottom of the
motor and transmission are clean. It has a Turbo 400 automatic
transmission, 3:55 Safe-T-Track rear end, newer gas tank, sending
unit and fuel tank straps. All E-brake cables are hooked up and
working. It has a nice aluminized dual exhaust system with Turbo
mufflers and splitter exhaust tips that dump out behind the rear
wheels. The trunk is clean original metal with a coat of gray and
white splatter paint, trunk mat, spare tire and jack assembly Great
