Description:
This 1954 Willys CJ-3B is finished in yellow over tan cloth
upholstery and powered by a 134ci F-head inline-four linked with a
three-speed manual transmission and a dual-range transfer case.
Equipment includes a black soft top and doors, a side-mounted
spare, a winch, and manually locking front hubs. The truck was
refurbished under prior ownership and was acquired by us following
a long-term period of disuse. Work in preparation for the sale
consisted of replacing the carburetor, spark plugs, and fuel lines,
as well as rebuilding the fuel pump and re-sealing the fuel
tank.
Interior:
The front seats are upholstered in tan cloth, and black coverings
line the floors. The three-spoke steering wheel sits ahead of a
60-mph speedometer accompanied by gauges displaying fuel level, oil
pressure, coolant temperature, and amperage. The five-digit
odometer shows 2k miles. Total mileage is unknown.
Exterior:
The body is finished in light brown and was repainted under prior
ownership. Exterior equipment includes a black soft top with
roll-up windows, black soft doors, a front-mounted Ramsey winch,
and a flat-folding windshield.
Drivetrain:
The 134ci Hurricane F-head inline-four was factory rated at 70
horsepower and 144 lb-ft of torque. Work performed by the selling
dealer included rebuilding the fuel pump, re-sealing the fuel tank,
and replacing the carburetor, spark plugs, and fuel line. Power is
sent to the rear or all four wheels through a three-speed manual
transmission and a two-speed transfer case. The white-finished 16?
steel wheels are mounted with 6.00 Specialty Tires of America
tires. Stopping power is handled by drum brakes at all four
corners, and the front axle is equipped with manually locking
hubs.
