1967 PONTIAC GTO-PHS DOCUMENTED!! This is a very nice 1967 GTO. The
fit and finish is excellent. The Burgundy paint pops up against the
factory vinyl top. It has a smooth glossy finish and looks amazing
on a straight body! The front and rear bumpers have been rechromed.
It still retains the original grills. It has new door handles,
window felts and weather stripping. It features a functional hood
tach. The stainless trim looks good and the glass is nice as well.
It rides on a set of Cragar five spoke SS chrome wheels with a set
of radial redline tires. The engine compartment is nicely detailed
with its date coded 400 cubic inch engine, 335 hp, power steering,
dual master cylinder, factory chrome valve covers and chrome air
cleaner, upgraded aluminum 4-core radiator, factory fan shroud and
fan. The ignition has been upgraded to an Pertronix HEI for
reliability. It has new upper control arm bushings and shocks. To
top all that off it is finished in a black satin. The black
interior compliments this car nicely with its bucket seats and
factory console with a Hurst dual gate shifter coming out of it! It
has newer seat cushions and seat upholstery, new carpet, headliner
and sill plates. The package tray, armrest bases and pads and door
panels are all in great condition. The dash wood grain is in good
condition as well as the lenses for the gauges. The heater controls
slide easily and there is a factory AM radio. The dash pad is nice,
no cracks. It has original style front and rear seatbelts and the
aftermarket gauges are neatly mounted under the dash. All the
windows roll up and down easily. The undercarriage appears to be
all clean metal and painted in black. All the steering components
look good, the bottom of the motor is clean. It has its original
400 Turbo transmission. The floors are solid. It appears like all
the body bushings have been replaced. It has a 3:36 rear end and
newer rear shocks and springs. The gas tank and straps are in good
condition. It has a newer dual exhaust system that runs all the way
out the back with correct trumpet exhaust tips. The E-brake
assembly is complete and working. The trunk is clean. It is
detailed with a spare tire, jack assembly, factory style trunk mat,
spare tire cover and new weather stripping. The bottom of the trunk
lid and jambs are painted nicely. This GTO performs as well as it
looks! It is extremely impressive!! This one won't last!
