We will start off with the exterior of this Mustang. This is a
2-door coupe that has a very nice fit of the panels along with
having nice body lines as well. The outside has been repainted in a
Cortez Silver base coat that is accented with a set of black
stripes. The paint is wet sanded and buffed and has a very nice
finish to it that is slick to the touch. It also sports a Shelby
style body kit along with a set of chrome bullet style mirrors. We
can see all the glass seems to be original and all the glass and
window trim seem to be in great condition. Both the front and rear
bumpers are in nice condition. It sports a set of 17" Shelby style
wheels wrapped with a set of 245/50/R17 Coy tires.
Next, we will look at the interior of this 66'. On the inside it is
done with a black color scheme that flows perfectly with the
accented stripes on the vehicle. It features a bench seat with an
arm rest that gives plenty of room for the 4-speed manual
transmission. Both front and rear seat covers have been redone and
are in very good condition. We can also see that the carpet has
been replaced in this vehicle. The dash pad and headliner both seem
to be original and are in great condition with no signs of
cracking. It has a wood grain steering wheel that is surrounded by
the factory gauges that work. We can see that there is a retro
sound radio along with a new a/c unit and heat that both work as
they should. Inside the trunk is in very good condition and it
comes with the factory spare and jack as well.
Finally, we will get to the heartbeat of this Ford. Under the hood
the inner fenders look to be solid along with the firewall. The
power comes from a 289 V8. It's dressed out in the ford valve
covers along with having a Holley 2-barrel carburetor with the
engine bay being detailed out in a black finish. It houses power
steering and new power front brakes. As for the exhaust we can see
there is a GT dual exhaust paired with a set of flow master
mufflers that come out the back of this vehicle. The engine is
mounted to a 4-speed manual transmission and the stock rear end.
When you look under it you can see the floor pans and suspension
are in great condition. On the highway this vehicle is a great
driver that sports great eye appeal. Don't miss out on your chance
to own the head turning iconic muscle car.
