Wow, a rotisserie restored RS-SS convertible with a 4-speed and a
ZZ-4 crate motor! Great combination of classic looks, power, and
reliability!
EXTERIOR: This vehicle has the quintessential muscle car looks and
styling! The quality of the paint and body work is absolutely over
the top. The totally beautiful tuxedo black paint has been applied
with great detail then wet sanded and polished to a highly
reflective finish. The white nose stripe is a nice compliment to
the interior and is totally smooth to the touch, it was applied
under the clear coat with expertise. The alignment of all the body
panels is tremendous. The doors, hood, and trunk all open and close
easily like a new car. The gaps are consistent throughout and
absolutely spot on. It has the SS hood with dual power bulges and
chrome inserts. The front and rear bumper have both been rechromed.
Virtually all the trim pieces and emblems have been rechromed or
replaced. Rocker panel moldings and door edge moldings have been
added. The front grill with hideaway headlights appears to be in
great condition. It has front and rear spoilers. The power white
convertible top has been replaced and looks great. All the glass
and weatherstrips have been replaced. The 15 inch rally rims are
reproductions and have been wrapped in BF Goodrich radial T/A
tires.
INTERIOR: Like the exterior, the interior is great looking with
some nice features. All the upholstery, carpet, door panels and
armrests were replaced. The black and white houndstooth looks great
and is very comfortable on those warm days. All the gauges were
replaced, odometer reads 2,515 since restoration. It has optional
gauges in the console and a tick tock tachometer. The gauges all
work including the clock. New wiring harness was installed
throughout. The radio has been upgraded to a digital unit with
vintage looks. The remainder of the dashboard has been painted and
is just as shiny and smooth as the exterior. A USB port has been
added under the dash to charge your devices. A full set of
reproduction seat belts have been installed all the way around.
Overall, the bits and pieces all look great. Let's not overlook the
best part: a Hurst 4-speed sticking out of the console!
ENGINE COMPARTMENT: This is not just a 350 that some guy built in
his garage! It is a ZZ4 350 crate engine shipped straight from GM
making a reliable 355 hp. It is packed with a forged steel
crankshaft, hypereutectic pistons, hydraulic roller camshaft and
lifters, and Corvette aluminum heads. It also has a serpentine
drive system, aluminum dual-plane intake manifold, Holley dual feed
carb, HEI distributor and long tube headers. An aluminum radiator
was added along with a new shroud. It features power steering and
power brakes. It looks like the wiper motor was replaced and the
squirters are even hooked up. The underside or the hood, fender
wells, and firewall have all been painted just as smooth and shiny
as the exterior in tuxedo black.
TRUNK COMPARTMENT: This is a proper and complete trunk compartment!
The underside of the lid and jambs are painted tuxedo black with
the same smooth reflective finish as the exterior paint. A
reproduction sticker and new weatherstrip has been replaced. The
trunk pan metal is very solid and has been neatly coated with a
factory style spatter paint. A vinyl mat is included. It has a
full-size spare tire (with cover) and jack assembly. The
convertible top boot is currently being kept in the trunk.
UNDERSIDE: So many shiny and new looking parts here, it puts a
smile on my face! All of the steering components have been replaced
and look fresh including the center link, tie rod ends, pitman arm,
and gearbox etc. The suspension components have been replaced front
and back, AC Delco shocks. The front power brakes are discs, and
the rear drums look freshened up as well. New lines have been
installed throughout and the e-brake is hooked up. Long tube
headers connect to a fat dual exhaust system with X-Pipe and
Flowmaster mufflers. The gas tank has been replaced as well as the
straps and lines. Looking up at the crate ZZ4 engine everything
looks nice, clean, and fresh with no visible leaks and a high
torque starter. Same goes for the Muncie M-21 4 speed transmission,
it is nice and clean looking with no leaks visible. That leads back
to the 12 bolt rear end that looks great and has been neatly
painted black. The floors are nice and smooth with shiny black
paint applied and look totally fresh. This undercarriage looks
phenomenal!
SERVICE: Our team of professional mechanics has completed a
thorough inspection of the vehicle and repaired or replaced the
following items: replaced the mufflers, installed bumpers on the
doors, repaired the brake light terminals, cleaned and sealed the
gearbox fittings, replaced the glove box latch, repaired the blower

This RS-SS has received a tremendous looking rotisserie restoration
that will absolutely blow your mind! From the ZZ4 crate engine to
the top-notch paint and body
