We are pleased to present this stunning 1967 Jaguar E-Type Series I
finished in desirable Opalescent Maroon over a beige interior. This
matching-numbers example was expertly restored by noted Jaguar
specialist Steve Gordon of Vintage Autoworks in Emeryville,
California and has subsequently spent time in noted private
collections.First introduced in 1965, the 4.2-litre E-Type featured
improved torque delivery over the previous 3.8-litre model and
benefitted from a new synchromesh gearbox. The 4.2-litre cars also
featured more comfortable seats, uprated brakes, and improved
electrics making it an absolute joy to drive. Steve Gordon was
selected to carry out the work of 1E33934 with the goal of
delivering a complete and accurate show-quality restoration. As
with all of Mr. Gordon's noted restoration work, no expense was
spared in bringing 1E33934 to his high standard. Restoration photos
accompany the car, and whenever possible, original components were
disassembled, cleaned, rebuilt, and repainted, preserving much of
the car's originality.Presented in its original colors of
Opalescent Maroon over a beautiful beige leather interior, this
