1974 Jaguar E-type XKE for sale! Motorcar Classics is pleased to
present this 1974 Jaguar E-Type Series III Roadster presented in
British Racing Green with Black leather interior amp; Black
convertible top. The Series 3 Jaguar E-Type, produced from 1971
until 1974, was designed to conform to increasingly stringent US
safety standards. It can be identified by the large cross-slatted
front grille and flared wheel arches. Powered by a 326 cubic-inch
V-12 engine with massive torque and incredible acceleration, its
top speed is somewhere around 150 miles per hour. The engine is
supported by a square tube frame structure fused to the firewall of
the monocoque shell. This Jaguar features four-wheel independent
suspension with two coil springs in front and four in back,
rack-and-pinion steering, and four-wheel power-assisted disc
brakes. Our car has factory-fitted AC, optional chrome wire wheels,
and the highly desirable 4-speed manual gearbox. The car is also
fitted with a Sony AM/FM/Cassette stereo system. Our XKE roadster
is a very nice example that is ready for you to drive and enjoy.
