This is one of two 1984 Corvettes that received experimental
tri-coat paint which was factory applied at the Corvette production
plant in Bowling Green Kentucky. Very well documented with copies
of internal letters authorizing the special paint application. Two
Fisher Body employees who each had new C4 Corvette's on order
agreed to allow their cars to be used. The original GM employee who
owned this Corvette kept it over 25 years. Only 12,500 miles since
new, it's all original and still retains the special tri-coat
paint. The experimental color is called Tre-Celeste (Italian for
Blue Sky). The Corvette has received an NCRS Top Flight award and
comes with lots of documentation including its original books,
manuals and window sticker. $35,000 obo/trade. For vehicle details
