Retirement is a time to reinvent yourself and let go to enjoy the
person you've always wanted to be. Take this 1968 Chevrolet C10
Stepside, for example. After a lifetime of labor, this truck was
privy to a full restoration that included a full repaint in this
exquisite Blue Metallic hue that sets it apart from just about
anything else on the road today. Meticulously detailed, this
Stepside has a beautiful wood grain bed, which is complemented
nicely by the" Chevrolet" embossing on the tailgate. Shimmering
chrome bumpers and dual-exhaust tailpipes only hint at how clean
the undercarriage of this truck is. Inside, we find a later-model
Chevy bench seat covered in clean grey cloth and highlighted by a
wooden shift knob and wood-rimmed Grant GT steering wheel. A JVC
AM/FM stereo CD player handles tunes while a trick custom set of
white-faced gauges, which are wired to glow a cool blue ties
together its extravagant exterior and matching dashboard.
Under the hood, we find a tried-and-true 350 cubic inch small block
Chevy V-8 which has been topped with an Edelbrock intake and
coordinating single four-barrel Edelbrock carburetor. A set of long
tube Hooker headers tie into a FlowMaster dual exhaust to give this
truck a snarl only a SBC can provide. That power is channeled
through a TH400 three-speed automatic transmission before being
sent off to a twelve-bolt rear.
Highlights:
• Stepside
• 2,466 Miles Since Restoration
• Full Metallic Blue Repaint
• 350 CID V8

This 1968 Chevrolet C10 Stepside rides on a front suspension
consisting of coils, shocks, and a sway bar, while a solid axle,
coils, and shocks out back. Fifteen-inch wheels ride on 245/60R-15
front and 275/60R-15 rear BF Goodrich rubber. Power brakes hide
behind those wheels, with discs up front and drums out back. This
truck has taken the form of a fun-loving restomod in its second
life; maybe it's about time you take the form of its fun-loving new
owner. Call today!
