Vehicle Description
This 1996 Chevrolet Corvette Grand Sport convertible is from the
last year of the C4 generation of Corvettes. Power comes from that
one-year-only 330hp 5.7-liter LT4 V8 engine paired with a 6-speed
manual transmission. The exterior is finished in Admiral Blue with
an Arctic White stripe up over the hood and rear deck, two red
hash-mark stripes over the left front fender, 17-inch black 5-spoke
ZR1-style wheels, chrome badging and Grand Sport embroidery on the
headrests. This GS also has the Selective Real Time Damping
suspension option. Only 1,000 Grand Sports were built in 1996, of
which only 53 convertibles were produced with a red and black
interior. This GS is unique in that no other 1996 Grand Sports were
equipped with its exact combination of Regular Production Options,
as documented by the Official Grand Sport Registry Certificate of
Authenticity. This Grand Sport also earned itself an NCRS Top
Flight award. Documentation for this Grand Sport convertible
includes the original factory Window Sticker showing an original
MSRP of $53,704, along with books, manuals, sales brochure, NCRS
Top Flight award and ribbon, and a Grand Sport Registry Certificate
indicating it is one of one. Clean CARFAX. 1,007 actual miles.
