Vehicle Description
Customized and restored in Brazil, some parts of this 1991
Volkswagen Microbus re-creation have been replaced with new ones,
while others have been restored. The original factory 1500cc
4-cylinder engine has been completely rebuilt and is paired with a
4-speed manual transmission. The powertrain underwent extensive
reconstruction, including an adjustable tensioner and alternator
pulleys. A new carburetor, distributor, ignition coil and spark
plug wires were installed. The electrical system has been
overhauled - from wiring and cables to the alternator - and
converted to a 12-volt system with an alternator, voltage regulator
and battery. The exterior boasts a fresh coat of original
Volkswagen paint in two tones: Lotus White and Diamond Blue. The
original side mirrors, headlight grilles and windshield wiper arms
have been retained. Additionally, a large retractable canvas
sunroof has been added for an open-air experience. The custom
interior features a two-tone beige scheme. This bus has been
transformed into the ultimate camper - perfect for family trips -
and includes amenities such as a refrigerator, stove, sink and
television for an enhanced experience. The seats have been restored
with foam and springs replaced and then upholstered in high-quality
synthetic leather and fabric. This bus has seating capacity for 7
passengers and is also equipped with a wooden rear luggage rack.
