Vehicle Description
This 1967 Ford F-100 custom short-bed pickup underwent a yearlong
complete frame-off rotisserie restoration and was upgraded to a
4-wheel drive. This pickup is powered by a Ford 429ci V8 big-block
engine backed by a C6 automatic transmission and NP205 transfer
case. The custom-made L&L headers are paired with a 3-inch
fully welded mandrel-bent exhaust with MagnaFlow mufflers and
4-inch Satin Black tips. The engine has been fitted with an all-CVF
alternator, power steering pump and billet aluminum pulley system,
along with Holley aluminum valve covers, Weiand aluminum intake and
an Edelbrock carburetor. The brass radiator has been professionally
recored and fitted with dual electric fans. The new Spicer
universal joints transfer power to a Dana 44 front axle and Ford
9-inch rear axle. It features all-new brakes including booster,
master cylinder, lines, calipers and pads. The frame was
sandblasted to bare metal, treated with Raptor Liner and finished
in black. The Skyjacker suspension lift and dual steering
stabilizers accommodate the Mickey Thompson Classic III rims
wrapped in 37-inch Super Swamper IROK radials. The exterior is
finished in a 1967 Ford Frost Turquoise and was primed, sealed,
basecoated and clearcoated. The exterior is enhanced with all-new
badging, chrome grille, bumpers and brightwork. The short bed and
undercarriage have Raptor Liner and are finished to match. The
interior of the cab and firewall are completely treated with Raptor
Liner and sound-deadened with Thermo-Tec insulating mat. The
original fuel tank was moved from behind the seat and a new
aluminum tank was relocated to the rear of frame with new 3/8-inch
hard fuel lines. The custom black and turquoise interior includes
matching wrapped door panels, an Ididit chrome tilt steering column
with matching billet steering wheel and a diamond-plated center
console with cup holders. A new American Autowire harness provides
power to the New Vintage USA digital white-faced 6-gauge
Performance Pack gauges, Retro Manufacturing RetroSound Bluetooth
radio with four JVC overhead speakers, and Old Air Products air
conditioning and heat.
