Everett-Morrison Cobra replica built in 1994 by Everett-Morrison dealer to be used as owner's personal car. No expenses spared. Cobra powered by real 427 sideoiler (cross bolted mains) with dual quad induction on original Ford aluminum intake manifold, Richmond four speed, Ford nine inch rear with 3.73 gear ratio. Coil over suspension. Was built with the intention to duplicate a real 1967 Competition Shelby Cobra down to every last detail. Upon completion in 1994 it was entered in a national Shelby convention show (SAAC) at Ford World Headquarters in Dearborn, Michigan. In competition with over 300 other real Cobras, Shelby Mustangs, and replicas, this car took home three trophies. First place in class (replica), Best Paint (entire show), and took the top prize of Best in Show (entire show)!!!!!! Hundreds of hours were spent on paint alone and it still wins awards and Best of Show even today. The miles deep black exterior is highlighted by ghost black cherry stripes that are only noticeable in bright sunlight. The balanced and blueprinted 427 runs so smoothly that you literally could mimic the old commercial where a wine class is placed on top of a running engine without spilling a drop!!! This car draws attention wherever it goes from both young and old alike. It truly is a beast!!
