1972 Corvette Convertible with auxiliary hardtop -- Mille Miglia red, deluxe black leather interior and black convertible top, 77,500 original miles. 350 ci, 200 hp, 4 speed. Tilt/trim wheel, A/C, power steering, power windows, power brakes, AM/FM and security alarm. Serial number 260 built Aug 17, 1971 (3rd day of 72 production year). Largely factory original and matching numbers with the exception of bolt on replacement parts such as alternator, water pump, A/C compressor, aftermarket Holley carburetor, etc.. Brakes, rear axle and trailing arms have been rebuilt. Has a mild aftermarket cam and Pertronix electronic ignition. Never hit, very straight body, no rust due to it being a Florida car most of its life. Paint is 18 years old but looks good with only a couple minor blemishes. Leather seat covers have been recently replaced. Remainder of interior is original and shows some minor wear but overall is in very good condition. AC worked perfectly but currently needs servicing. Have tank sticker showing original dealership and factory options along with maintenance records, partial list of prior owners, NCRS judging manual, factory assembly manual and a few new interior parts not yet installed.
