Vehicle Description
This custom 1955 Buick Super Riviera is powered by the original
322ci Nailhead V8 engine fired with an upgraded HEI ignition, mated
to a Turbo TH400 3-speed automatic transmission and flowing to a
Ford 9-inch rear end held in place with a 4-link rear suspension
setup. It received a complete exterior restoration with an updated
original-style black interior. Stopping is handled with Wilwood
power-assisted disc brakes up front and drums out back. Other
upgrades include a Vintage Air system and an aluminum radiator with
electric fan. This Buick also has power steering. The two-tone
black and cream exterior features four of Buick's hallmark
VentiPorts per fender, a roof-mounted sun visor and the "Super"
script on the quarter panels. This Buick Super rides on 15-inch
wire wheels wrapped in whitewall radial tires.
