Vehicle Description

This 1962 Buick Skylark hardtop Gasser. A true Gasser originally built in SoCal. it's prior owner states it ran at Pomona as a C-Gasser in it's prior form with a big block Buick. it is now powered is by a setback 350ci V8 crate engine mated to a TH400 automatic transmission, and blue metalflake exterior paint is accented by red, white, and blue pinstriping and racing-style painted graphics. Custom bucket seats are trimmed in metalflake-style quilted red upholstery, and other features include a straight front axle, rear coilovers, 15×4″ front wheels, 15×10″ rear wheels, front disc brakes and rear drums, fenderwell exhaust headers, a fiberglass hood, a louvered deck lid, an Offenhauser intake manifold, two Edelbrock four-barrel carburetors, a bolt-in roll cage, Stewart-Warner instrumentation, and a Pioneer CD stereo.

  • Speedway Engineering 9″ rear end, a limited-slip differential, 4.11:1 gearing, and Dutchman axles.
  • Offenhauser intake manifold, two Edelbrock 600-cfm four-barrel carburetors, finned Edelbrock valve covers, an aftermarket camshaft, and an MSD ignition system. Tubular frame reinforcements are positioned inboard of the fenders. An exhaust system with fenderwell headers terminates just behind the front wheels.
