Vehicle Description
This 1997 Land Rover Defender 110 was built by Stone Tribe
International in South Africa. This beach-runner's journey began
with a comprehensive body-off restoration featuring a Powder Blue
finish accented by Navy Blue contrasts over a gray and orange
interior. The interior colors are complemented by wine barrel oak
flooring, a wooden steering wheel and a custom top cover. This
Defender boasts a rebuilt 300Tdi 2.5-liter 4-cylinder diesel engine
with an upgraded turbo and 63mm stainless-steel exhaust. Power is
deftly managed by a 5-speed manual transmission with high, low and
diff lock options, helped by a Mantec air-intake snorkel. It is
equipped with air conditioning and a Sony sound system. This Land
Rover's aggressive stance is further pronounced by beadlock-style
rims and Gripmax Mud Rage RT tires, supported by 30mm spacers and a
rear NAS-spec bumper. It has enhanced visibility with a modern
Wipac LED kit, and also features rock sliders and a bash plate,
safeguarding against the rigors of off-road adventures.
