Vehicle Description
Classic Car Addict is proud to present this beautiful 1935
Chevrolet Coupe for sale in our Mesa, Arizona showroom. This '35
Coupe represents an excellent example of a moder street rod
conversion. While retaining the basic external looks and
characteristics of this almost ninety-year-old classic, this rare
'35 Chevy Coupe now features virtually all the options and comforts
that you might expect to find in a modern high-performance
vehicle.
Custom fabricated by award winning fabricator Barry White (CA), and
with an outstanding upholstered interior, the caliber of all work
performed on this vehicle is of the highest quality, the entire
Coupe is extremely well finished. The ALL-steel coupe was finished
in 2001.
When you think of a totally custom build, you'll think of the
interior of this car. Just the door panels are worth some gazing
time. All the original wooden door frames were replaced with custom
steel, and a barely detectable safety roll cage was installed. You
have metal billet style handles and power window toggles. Inside,
more custom leather covered bucket seats, fully adjustable seats,
and billet steering wheel. The dash is body matching deep red,
sports an oval aluminum insert for the gauge cluster made up of
white-faced Classic Instruments and a few switches with round
surrounding bezels. A/C has been installed as well as a billet
styled column shifter. Clean cream-colored carpet floods the
interior, no stains are present. Additional interior upgrades are
power windows, power truck, and overhead CD player.
Excellent fenders that look like they spent hours on the English
Wheel, flank the hood, fronted by a clean stainless rod vertical
ribbed grilled. A single chrome encased headlight is topping each
front fender, and a simple curved bumper completes the front. The
fenders curve up and down and a sport a color matched running board
that melts into another set of curved rear fenders. A single smooth
suicide door for each side floats above the running board and a
rounded roof with a three-window gives this Coupe its name. The
back of the car could best be described as a nice ass, with its
gracefully curved down trundled matching the curve of the rear
fenders. On the rear roll pan below the trunk are single
taillights, custom made that are embedded into the rear panel
seamlessly. Did we mention this has a 3" roof chop?
Talk about eye candy, open the Rootleib hood and a 350 cubic inch,
355 horsepower ZZ-4 motor with a 700R4 four-speed tranny, topped
with aluminum heads, de-burred block, hi-volume water pump,
Edelbrock carb, polished intake manifold, polished fuel lines,
polished billet pulleys, polished aluminum finned valve covers,
chrome breathers, Mallory distributor, with polished AC dryer. The
chrome list continues with power steering reservoir, chrome Bills
Hot Rod Shop brackets, Chrome tubular A-arms, and chrome air
cleaner. Custom oil pan, customer painted frame, polished stainless
steel bolts and fasteners, and power rack and pinion steering. She
has vented front disc brakes, polished Wilwood calipers, frame dual
reservoir brake booster, and a custom 'tranny' pan.
