Vehicle Description
This 1992 Land Rover Defender 110 was sourced in the U.K. for the
seller in late 2022, imported to the U.S. and then brought to
Higher Ground Rovers of Asheville, NC, where it was overhauled
mechanically and cosmetically. Every part of the vehicle has been
upgraded during the restoration process. The 200tdi engine is
paired with a 5-speed manual transmission and a dual-range transfer
case. A roll cage along with an aftermarket grille, bumpers and LED
lighting were added. Replacement wheels were mounted. The entire
brake system was replaced, and new suspension was installed. The
exterior was refinished in Bonatti Gray with black accents, and the
black interior had heated front seats fitted, along with captain's
chair second-row seats, a Puma dashboard, touchscreen Sony stereo,
Focal speakers, slimline KICKER subwoofer and an Optima backup
camera. The build was completed in December 2023 after nearly a
