Vehicle Description
This custom 1991 Land Rover D130 pickup is powered by a new
Chevrolet LS3 6.2-liter 425hp V8 engine paired with a 6-speed GM
6L80E automatic transmission. This truck was originally built in
Europe and then imported to the U.S. by a Defender expert. Starting
with an original Defender 130 DCPU (Double Cab Pick Up), this
Defender was completely disassembled, stripped and painted to a
modern Defender color, Corris Gray. New modern doors were added,
along with a more modern bulkhead and hood, commonly referred to as
Puma upgrades. Puma was the last model built of the classic
Defenders. It features a new heavy-duty version of the Marshland
Defender 130 chassis with all-new suspension, steering and
driveline components, including a Salisbury axle with Quaife ATB
differentials, upgraded Ashcroft axle shafts, new heavy-duty hubs,
Ashcroft HD transfer case and 4-wheel disc brakes by AP. This
custom truck rides on Kahn wheels and BFGoodrich KO2 tires.
Additional modern accessories include air-conditioning compressor,
alternator, brake booster and belt/pulley system, which are all
designed specifically for a modern Defender build. Complementing
the exterior, the gray interior has leather-trimmed seats, a modern
dash and radio, along with new carpet and headliner. **MAY NOT BE
