Vehicle Description
This custom 1970 Ford Bronco Sport received a frame-off restoration
and was modified by RJ Motorsports in 2017. Power comes from a
fuel-injected small-block Ford 347ci stroker utilizing the original
block with new internals mated to a new AX15 5-speed manual
transmission and a twin-stick dual-range transfer case. It is
equipped with Wild Horses Motorsports 2.5-inch premium suspension
lift kit featuring Rock Crawler 2.5-inch coil springs and a single
2.5-inch 11 leaf spring with Bilstein shocks. This Bronco also
features a new Wild Horses 4-bolt quick-ratio deluxe power steering
system with a 4140 chromoly adjustable trac bar. It has front and
rear sway bars and a Wild Horses hydro-boost 4-wheel disc brake
conversion. This vehicle rolls on 18-inch Moto Metal 62 milled
accents wheels mounted with 33x12.50x18 Nitto Ridge Grappler tires.
The truck is finished in high-end custom black paint and features a
San Felipe Tube Bar and Cage Bare Steel roll cage. The interior
houses BMW front seats and a Toms Offroad folding rear bench seat
plus Wild Horses deluxe center console covered in high-grade
European leather. It features Classic Instruments gauges, Ididit
tilt steering column, Toms Offroad 3-point seat belts and a custom
Rockford Fosgate stereo. Further equipment includes a Vintage Air
system and a dual exhaust system with Flowmaster Delta Flow 50
Series mufflers. It is equipped with an extreme-duty U-bolt kit, as
well as completely rebuilt axles by DTS with 4.56 gears Tom Wood's
Custom driveshaft 1310 U-joints. The original block was balanced
and blueprinted, line honed and decked by Fastime Racing Engines.
It has AFR 185cc aluminum heads, an Outlaw street/strip ARP head
bolt kit; SCAT rotating assembly crank, rods and pistons; COMP Cams
Xtreme Energy camshafts and High Energy hydraulic roller lifters;
COMP Cams Ultra Pro Magnum rocker arms and Magnum double-roller
timing sets, Holley Sniper fuel injection and an in-tank fuel pump.
