Gateway Classic Cars of Scottsdale is please to present for sale,
on consignment, this amazing 1949 Packard 8! 16 years of blissful
ownership is coming to a close. The gorgeous black exterior over
burgundy interior makes for a show stopper! The original
restoration had a 472 cubic inch Cadillac engine that was replaced
with a 500 cubic inch V8 from a 1970 Cadillac that produced 400hp.

including timing chain, timing gear, oil pump, valve springs,
freeze plugs and the block was repainted. This was all done in 2021
and about 600 miles ago. The automatic transmission transfers power
to a Ford 9" rear end that houses 3:50 gears. Additional Features

Power Brakes, EPAS Performance Electronic Power Steering, Tinted
Glass, Flowmaster Dual Exhaust, Edelbrock Intake Manifold and
Carburetor, E-Z Wiring, Dolphin Gauges, Front Disc Brakes and new
