1967 Mustang Fastback GT500 clone/restomod. Originally a C code 289 Fastback car. All new metal replaced including, new roof skin, rear quarters, rad support, inner fenders, 2 torque boxes, front and rear frame rails, floor pan, trunk pan and rear taillight panel. Doors and front fenders are originals sourced from a donor car. All new wiring through out. Alot of frame reinforcement throughout, dogbone plates welded into the shock towers. 1 1/2 steel pipe welded from the firewall and ending behind the front bumper brackets and welded supports to both sides of the shock towers. In the engine bay the shock towers are seam welded like a big block car. Angle bar welded onto the firewall from fender to fender where the shock towers brace bolts to. Under the car has custom frame rail connectors. Heavy duty brackets are welded inside of the car to accept the custom rollbar. The rear reinforcement is delivered through the 3 link rear coilover suspension using a Watts link. All exterior trim pieces are original with the rear bumper being shortened and all pieces rechromed. All glass is new except for the passenger side.
