1968 Volkswagen Type 2 Double Cab . Fully-Restored .. 1842cc
recently rebuilt w/dual Kadrons balanced and tuned .... 4 speed
manual transmission (4) New Tires (2) Rows of seating .
versatile-bed . This is one of those cool classics that generate
interest wherever it goes, unique and attractive even beyond its
versatility. The commercial-style cream paint and white bumpers
give it a rugged appearance and there are some great details -
everything from the classic VW wheel Volkswagen was quite clever at
how to stack cargo, and that's why you can take down any side of
the bed for easy loading. Or you can even fold down all sides and
turn your pickup into a flatbed transporter. Distinctive and still
so useful, is great for everything from promoting a business to a
support vehicle for your other classics. The interior is quite
stock and very distinct. Just like the Type 2 vans, these were
great for giving the driver a commanding view of the road. The
large factory dual-spoke steering wheel, VDO gauges, and easy to
reach gearshift. The seats have a quality look with the classic VW
pattern but with fresher/newer materials. And as a rare double cab
pickup, you get the added utility to use for everything from secure
storage to taking family and friends along for the ride. Under the
rear hatch is a 1842cc motor. This is the same flat-four that

drivetrain is part of that rugged Beetle tradition, the
second-generation Type 2s benefit from the improved rear suspension
