Finished in correct British Green over a black interior, this stunning 1968 Chevy Corvette underwent a complete, frame off restoration. The car was built on 10/31/1967 for the Kansas district. Power comes from a matching numbers, 427/435 HP V8 connected to 4-speed transmission.
The interior features all new soft parts throughout including rebuilt seats, carpeting, a new soft top, and dash pad. All of the gauges are in good working order as is the radio!
The car was taken down to the fiberglass, bodyworked, and has a crisp new two stage paint job. The glass is shaded Soft Ray and you’ll find restored stainless and chrome on the exterior. All of the rubber is new!
The undercarriage on the Corvette is highly detailed. While the body was off the frame, the frame was media blasted and refinished in correct GM black. All of the suspension parts were also stripped and painted and then rebuilt with new components. Also rebuilt was the braking system including the calipers, lines, hoses, and a replacement master cylinder was installed.
This is a fun and very drivable car that was restored to show a few years ago. If you are looking for a fully restored car that’s also usable, look no further.
