I've owned this Corvette for 10 years and have put 4,000 miles on the car while rebuilding and improving. During that time, I've only seen 3 other 1975 Convertibles in Bright Blue with Silver interior and a white top. It really is a stunning color combination. Equipped with Power Steering, Power Brakes, Tilt/Tele steering column, Deluxe Silver interior, Turbo HydraMatic transmission, L-48 engine, Air Conditioning and a luggage rack, this Corvette is ready to turn heads wherever it goes. Actual mileage is 86,000 miles. I have some prior documents to verify the mileage. I had the car repainted in its original color, 22-Bright Blue, installed a new luggage rack, replaced the power brake booster, rebuilt the transmission and replaced the flywheel, replaced the shocks, rebuilt the Rochester QuadraJet carburetor, installed new valve cover gaskets, new rear struts and bushings had the tachometer rebuilt (1975 was the first year for electronic tachometers), re-upholstered the seats with new foam and Leather seat covers. new BF Goodrich radials have 2,000 miles on the tread, and I just put in a new battery. Just before I got the car, the previous owner put in new stainless steel brake lines and calipers, new stainless steel exhaust installed from the headers back and the seatbelts were sent out for refurbishment.
All the gages work with the exception of...the clock. This is a Matching Numbers, driver quality, mostly original convertible that turns heads everywhere it goes! There are, however, a few needs in my opinion and I have priced the car accordingly.
The convertible top needs replacement. I didn't bother because at 6'5", I never drove with the top up. The AC needs a look. Blows hot, but as I said, I never had the top up so little use for the air. All the parts are there. I have new front carpet in the box from Al Knoch Interiors that goes with the car as well as a cover and complete documentation of all parts and work done.
