Main Street Motors - Denison is proud to offer this 1950 Oldsmobile Futuramic 98. This car is equipped with it's original 303ci Olds Rocket V8 engine and Hydramatic automatic transmission. This is a very original car, showing 71k miles. The black paint appears to be original. It has a nice glossy shine but does have several chips / scratches and "patina". The interior is original as well and looks good overall. It has a few stained areas and is showing some wear. Remember, this car is 74 years old! It is in GREAT shape considering it's age. It runs excellent, the engine idles very smooth and has good power to get up to highway speed no problem. The automatic transmission shifts great and the brakes stop the car very well. The steering is tight and the car drives nice. Everything works as you'd expect except for the original radio and the gas gauge is not reliable. The body is solid - no rust! The frame and floors look great. This is a great classic cruiser that runs and drives good. It has good power and you can drive on the highway no problem. The odometer reads 71,775 miles. It is believed that this is the actual miles on the car.
