I am selling my 1966 Oldsmobile 442 Drag Pak with the W-30 Package. This is a rare F85 Model that raced in Indiana from 1966 to 1969. The rear axle went out in 1969, and the car was parked and stored until approximately 1989. It was then found and purchased by a well-known Oldsmobile Dealer and lightly restored since it only had 26,000 miles on it. The car has its original interior, correct L69 E code Engine, Tri-Power (with correct carb tags), 4-speed Muncie, and 3.91 Posi-traction Rear. The vehicle also has the W-30 Ram Air system, as well as the original battery relocation in the trunk.
I have the original title and title history, but unfortunately, no build sheets or original bill of sale are available. Approximately four documented W-30s are known to exist. This '66 is a very correct and original example and was believed to have been dealer-installed Ram Air. Few 442s existed in F85 with corner tach, radio delete, heater delete, and power delete (steering brakes, etc.). It is a beautiful example with amazing paint, chrome, interior, engine, and trunk compartment.
The car is pictured with the 15-inch wheel set, but the original 14s with red lines go with the car. Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions regarding the vehicle's history. Thank you!
