1938 Buick Special 4 Door Sedan w/ Suicide Doors Extraordinary
Survivor ! Older renovation and well maintained since. Very solid
and clean! Featured here is one of the best 1938 Buick Specials
we've seen. The 1938 Trunkback Sedans are arguably the most
desirable of the late 1930's Specials, due to their interiors,
suicide doors, hydraulic brakes, and elegant rear quarters. 100%
rust free. This Sedan shows excellent paint and chrome that
maintains a deep shine. Interior upholstery is in authentic mohair
wool, which is plush and free from unsightly rips and stains. All
instrumentation is clear and functions reliably. The doors and
trunk open easily and latch tight. Engine has been faithfully
maintained with excellent detail. A smooth 248 cu. In., Dynaflash,
110 HP straight eight, 3-speed transmission with shifter on the
floor, banjo steering wheel, bumper guards, grill guard, trunk
guard, drives and stops great, a very rare opportunity to own a
time capsule, a truly incredible survivor! Undercarriage is very
clean. You're not likely to see another Series 40 that's this well
restored and maintained any time soon, so don't miss the
opportunity to make it yours today! Take it to a show and bring
home some trophies. All fluids (engine, transmission, differential,
brakes, etc.) have just been inspected, serviced with new gaskets
and fluids. Carburetor has just been rebuilt. Fuel tank cleaned and
new fuel tank sending unit installed. New Coker wide white wall
radial tires just installed. New water pump and hoses. Please Note
