Vehicle Description
Gateway Classic Cars Milwaukee is excited to present this 1961 Ford
Econoline pickup. The first generation Econoline was produced from
1961- 1967 in both pickup and cargo van platforms. They were
produced on a unibody chassis with the driver's compartment moved
over the front axle. Placing the engine behind the front axle. The
pickup version of the 1961 Econoline accounted for only 10% of
sales. Making this 1961 Econoline pickups rarity desirable in the
collector truck market. This 1961 Ford Econoline pickup is painted
in bright red with white bumpers. A set of American Racing
five-spoke alloy wheels is a nice addition to this pickup's
"sporty" exterior appearance. The brown leather Interior has been
upgraded to larger/ more comfortable Mustang Pony bucket seats.
Added features include a full headliner and heater box. Under the
hood is a 200 cubic inch I6 attached to a column shift three-speed
manual transmission.
