Vehicle Description
1970 Buick GS455 This is an original, and stock GS 455 that the
original owner owned until late 2022. It has approximately 95962
original miles now. I've had the car for a year and love it. I
retired last month and now want a more modern, but "fast Buick "to
have for years to come. I came across a nice (but needs painting
and vinyl top) "1987 Buick Regal Limited, Turbo T". This car have
the exact drivetrain as the Grand National, and in this case it is
rare with only 1035 being built. So I went to Kentucky and bought
it. So now the GS455 will need to be sold but not given away of
course. PAPER WORK: I have original owner's manuals, brochures,
Protecto Plate, Copy of original Title, and the "New Title",
original temporary permit from dealer for first owner to drive off
lot in 1970, original in Transit broadcast card, and copies of most
inspection sheets and insurance cards up to 2022. ENGINE: It has
the original 455 matching number engine. It is simply all original
under the hood and only missing the 2 foam pieces that attach to
the air cleaner breather and under the hood. The a/c is 100% all
there but I have never tried to use it. EXHAUST: Factory exhaust
that does have a hole in the muffler but it's barely noticeable. I
believe the tail pipes has been replaced at some time. TRANS: The
original transmission is auto and shifts great as it should. It is
not posi traction rear end. INTERIOR: All interior door panels
(minus driver's arm rest due to vinyl torn) is in great condition,
dash has no cracks and perfect condition, gauges looks good and
clear, headliner good condition, original front bucket seats are
torn in the seat area mainly and will need recovering, carpet in
great condition but slightly faded in some areas (also have
original floor mats) original bench back seats is near perfect.
Floors solid as a rock. WHEELS/TIRES: Nice set of Buick Rally
Wheels and brand new "Cooper Cobra" tires with less than 300 miles
on them.
