For Sale: 1966 Mercury Comet in Cadillac, Michigan

1966 Mercury Comet Caliente convertible. Powered by the original 200ci inline six cylinder and Merc-O-matic transmission. Only 3,922 convertibles made. Engine was completely overhauled 20k miles ago. Dual exhaust. Rare power windows. Power top. New tires. New carb. New fuel pump. New alternator. New plugs and wires. New exhaust manifold gasket. New washer pump kit. Very dependable. Just drove to Detroit and back. 23 mpg. Everything works except for the horn and the clock. Car needs lower quarters, paint, and the bumpers rechromed to be super sharp, or drive it like it is. I have new lower quarters to go with it. Original top boot is missing a couple of buttons, but does stretch out and cover, just has to be warmed up a lot.
