Vehicle Description
As the track-focused version of the McLaren 720S, the 765LT
"Longtail" debuted for 2020 with awesome looks, deceptive luxury
and stunning race-bred performance. Based on McLaren's carbon-fiber
Monocage II structure, the 765LT delivers razor-sharp performance -
including a 205-mph top speed - with lightweight construction,
revised aerodynamics, upgraded steering and suspension, internal
engine refinements and a standard vehicle lift system. This 2022
McLaren 765LT Spider is car #063 of 765 built. Exceptionally
well-optioned, it was purchased new from McLaren Beverly Hills by
the seller after a search for the best possible example. Finished
in McLaren MSO (McLaren Special Operations) Volcano Yellow paint,
it is powered by McLaren's proprietary twin-turbocharged and
intercooled 4.0-Liter V8 engine delivering a factory-rated 755hp at
7,500 rpm via a paddle-shifted 7-speed dual-clutch automatic rear
transaxle. The McLaren's already stunning looks, including bold
dihedral doors, are furthered by big-ticket options, including
Carbon Fiber Exterior Upgrade Packs 2 and 3 (over $27,000 total
cost), plus the Stealth Pack ($1,820). In fact, all possible carbon
upgrades were selected, including optional carbon-fiber to the
hood, rear aero bridge and diffuser, front number-plate plinth,
active rear spoiler, and mirror arms and caps. Additional equipment
includes an optional Electrochromic variable-opacity retractable
roof ($9,099) LED lighting, parking sensors, 360-degree Park Assist
and a backup camera. Power-adjustable and heated sport seats are
trimmed in black and yellow leather upholstery with yellow
stitching and embroidered 'MSO' logos to the headrests. Carbon
fiber accentuates the dash, console, A-pillars, door sills and door
panels. Additional appointments include 360-degree Park Assist,
yellow seatbelts, HomeLink, a Bowers & Wilkins sound system and
touchscreen infotainment with navigation. The leather-wrapped
steering wheel features paddle shifters, carbon-fiber accents and a
yellow center stripe. A configurable digital display folds flat to
expose simplified instrumentation including a digital tachometer,
gear indicator and speedometer. Staggered 19- and 20-inch
Super-Lightweight 10-spoke wheels ($4,250) mount an upgraded set of
Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tires for better handling and all-around
performance. Full paint protection film guards the exterior, and
the car comes with the Window Sticker. 687 actual miles.
